As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Sales Manager to drive our B2B sales strategy, close new deals, and grow our customer base.

Your Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind Zapflow's revenue engine. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—and build scalable sales systems to grow our client base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies targeting SMEs, agencies, and enterprise clients.
  • Identify and qualify leads via inbound, outbound, and partnership channels.
  • Conduct product demos and discovery calls with prospects.
  • Close deals and manage client onboarding in collaboration with the customer success team.
  • Track KPIs and sales metrics using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive).
  • Build a sales playbook and train future sales hires.
  • Report directly to the founders with sales forecasts and performance updates.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales or digital marketing solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience using CRMs, LinkedIn, and outbound sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
